THE VOTES ARE IN!!!

Young readers all over Saskatchewan have voted for their favorite books! Rachel Bird is one of ten titles nominated for the 2024 SNOW WILLOW AWARD. Macdonald School in Stockholm, Saskatchewan will host the Willow Awards Gala and announce the winners in the three categories on May 30.

I attended the Willow Awards Gala in 2012, when my middle grade book Missing received the Diamond Willow Award, and I have wonderful memories of the event – so much enthusiasm, energy and excitement all day long!
